Now Donut,
Don't be upset, but you must have known that one of the boys from OZ was going to ask the question sooner or later . Let's see, 1-174, then IMPLOSION. You didn't have any of my favourite Indian umpires over there giving LBW's did you??? ------------------ |

We must have had our minds on the ashes. Don't worry, we played particularly badly in this one, and still ran them close - lucky we got it out of our system before July. BTW I've got a spare ticket for the Lord's test if you want it

Gee Donut,
Another spare ticket - Lords - sounds cool, when is it on??? (see, last time should have taught you that you never can be too sure that I can't make it in time ) Let's see, I already have a peak season flight in early August - hmm, I wonder if I can bring that forward - just watch out when I am armed with a full pint . So, back on topic, were your boys just trying to improve the ashes odds at the local bookies - the Aussies looked to be in devastaing form against Worcestershire didn't they. ------------------ |

Well done - admirable restraint on your part there Donut - saw the replays, looks like you had umpiing in line with our Indian experience.
Hi Yorick, I wonder what the poor Americans will make of the whole thing - first the title, then talking about no balls . Maybe we might even educate some of them about the game one day . ------------------ |
