Hi
Anyone other than me that likes the software mode more than the d3d? I think everything has kind of the same colours in d3d. //Olle |

I've used both.. WHen I was running win98, I used software. Now that I'm in win2k, software would cause all sorts of crashes, so I tried d3d and no more problems. The graphics for landscape look better (imho) using d3d, and better for NPCs in software mode.

I like D3D myself. I play at 640x480 so the text doesn't get screwed up. Runs much smoother.
I have a Voodoo5 though so I'm running 4x FSAA and it looks killer. |
