...when they're not in your party? I heard that if you do not accept them when they first offer to join you, they rise in experience accordingly. But if you put them in your party ,and left them, they don't.
It doesn't matter I guess since I can always change them with Shadowkeeper. But I'd sill like to know. |

No i dont think they do. As you said they will rise in XP to a certain point as long as they dont join the party. That way if they ever do join you they will be at a comparable level. Once they do join you the only way they will ever gain XP again is in your party.
