1. I suppose you found it using Shadowcheater? It's a holdover from BG1. 2. He speaks to Minsc is he is in your party. If not you can find him either in the Government district or the Promenade. 3. Celestial Fury. |

Winter wolf pelts come from (get this) winter wolves, and you could sell them for a fair old bit in BG. I've only seen one winter wolf in BG2 and I can't remember how much its pelt sold for, or if it sold at all. Not sure what the second best backstab weapon is; katanas are the best base weapon you can backstab with, though, I can tell you that much.

Memnoch, there is a winter wolf in BG2 (i think only 1) and its in the back part of the Copper Coronet.
Backstabb...remember that thieves can use (and backstabb with) long swords, and there are plenty of good ones !!! I found the child in the south east part of waukeens promenade |

The Winter Wolf is in one of the pits in the backroom of the Copper Coronet.
There is also a shortsword of backstabbing. |

Winterwolf pelt question:
Has anyone figured out how to get it to store items for you? Whn I first tested this one was before I found the real one and the one from Shadowcheater you could store items in it much like a bag of holding. The Dwarf in the harbour area doesn´t notice it and neither the tanner.. Anyone know of this?? |

That boy can be in just about every area of the city, actually. If you have Minsc he comes running, otherwise you just see that little white line above him saying he's got a problem. I've found him in the Bridge District (waiting outside the Inn), but he's in the Government area most of the time. Also, I've heard about finding him in Waukeens and the Docks. Perhaps it's time reliant, so that if you go to the Council quickly he's there since that's where you oughta go if you need help, and then he starts to move around as he realizes noone there wanna help him?

The game probably does a probability check when you enter an area and if that check is met the boy spawns: either in the Govt district or the Promenade, less often in the other districts.
