Thanks Jaxonite for your help! That was what I was looking for!
Does anyone out there have any really good tips for defeating Firkraag? What level you should be to try and take him on, and what equipment you should have to best destroy him? I plan on starting a Paladin Undead Hunter and getting the Holy Avenger. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Such as where the paladin stronghold is. Thanks again! |

The best pieces of equipment you can have for beating Firkraag are a cleric and a mage with at least one sixth-level spell. Have the cleric cast magic resistance on Firkraag. Then have the mage cast Greater Malison on him. He should still be non-hostile. Now cast Flesh to Stone on him. Nine out of ten times he'll be petrified; instant kill. You can then chip him into pieces and still get all his booty.

Wow! Sounds good. I'll have to try that one. Just have to find the scrolls, thats the hard part. Or get the mage and cleric leveled up. Does that little trick work with all the other dragons or just Firkraag?

Hmm, it should work with any dragon that is non-hostile. If they're hostile, your cleric won't live through the magic resistance spell; you need to be right next to the dragon to cast it.
