"A regular working day for the Azer involves getting up, brushing their teeth, fixing a pot of coffee and setting their head on fire." ROFL, Bioware sure has written some really...personal, creature descriptions on the website.
My favourite: The Gelatinous Cube "Just when you thought that unsightly pasta stains had no champion, and you were comfortable in a world where mayonnaise didn't fight back, comes a creature made entirely of the stuff that bursts out of mashed caterpillars. These are the rock stars of downtrodden gravy stains and greasy splotches everywhere: a large, intelligent cube of glop that can chase you down and digest you before you've accepted you're being beaten up by an overachieving dessert." Hilarious

O.K. So no one seems to have an idea of what I'm talking about so my question has been answerd. I'm sure everyone knows that that these games are all based off of DONGEONS AND DRAGONS. The 3rd edition (players handbook) came out with new charecter races. Monks, Tieflings, new Dwarf races, new elf races and (the strongest new race) fire / earth / water / and air Gensais. I don't know why they would come out with a new game w/3rd edition rules without adding all the races from the players handbook. Just thought I'd explain about the Gensais.

That won't be the players handbook 3rd Hawkins, I've read it from the front to the back and there's no other races in it than the standard ones. I think it's the monster manual or dm guide then?

Oh, I know what Genasi is, Hawkins, they're just not available as a playable race in NWN.
Besides, Genasi existed in 2nd edition as well. Not all PC races are available in NWN, but neither are all feats, spells and monsters. You can't possibly squeese all that into a computer game, you have to pick and choose some things and leave others, and since NWN takes place in the Forgotten Realms I assume that Genasis are not very common. The only setting in which I've heard about them is the Planescape setting. [ 04-27-2004, 08:21 AM: Message edited by: Stratos ]

Of course we know what you're talking about. Oages 19-20 in the Forgotten Realms campaign setting book.
But you can't play 'em in NWN without a mod.

Well, what do I do now? Correct my post? Then yours wouldn't make any sense. And I give people enough credit to figure out what I mean.
For the most part.

My bad. I had played a campane and created a char w/the dm and had those char with two other guys. I thought they were only for 3rd edition. This was also some time ago. My memory isnt as good as It used to be. Perhaps it is I who doesnt have the knowing of the things that they would have gone to the place where they came from in there and had the tings with the rocks and the fire and water and things froinglayven.!!..??!..!!??.!!. Yeah.
