Check the logo out!

http://nwn.bioware.com/underdark/

Hmm... I hope they make MORE placables this time. And MANY MANY More monsters.. The ones from this first expansion are mostly lame. The Pit Fiend is cool, but come on... Farie Dragons?! Give me some damn Beholders!!

I'm SURE we'll get them, since many DO live in the Underdark.

Also, we may get Illythid's (Mindflayers), Koa-Toa and Svirfneblin!!!

Hehe, were way ahead of ya Ziroc . This was anounced a couple of weeks ago - were just waiting on them to actually fill the site with something.
Beholders will defo. be in the next expansion IMHO, since A) these are subterranean based creatures, B) would tie in as a nice edition to the drow world and C) cause the producer said they're planning on doing it if no major clipping issues arise.

As for the Faerie dragon...All I can say is 'I know!', I felt the same when I read that too - I feel like I'm being teased.

lol, Ahead of ME?!!? I've had my head stuck in the 'finishing the new ironworks webdesign' mold for nearing 3 Months! Thank the GODS I'm almost done! lol!

I didn't see anyone post it though.. guess it WAS a while ago eh? Well, as in BG2, we had Beholders, Mindfuc..flayers (heh) and the rest in the Underdark.

BUT the question arises if they add Mindflayers--will WE have Psionics? HMMMM! That would be nice!

Mindflayers mean and cool.. Beholders.. A bloody must!!!

About Psionics however.. no thank you. The psionic rules in D20 are crap, pure and simple. No good. Like specialised Sorcerers more or less, the only class that make some sense is the Psionic warrior that is something of a cleric but with less spells.

For dice throwers however, there are many sources on the web for the none Wizard version that is better, but nah.. donīt want thoose rules in NWN :S.

I think that a needed thing for NWN would be to actually release some Epic stuff for us We deserve it! and of course.. canīt someone please just for the argument revive spelljammer??? hehehe...

Oki, I guess it is time to give the donkey some NVG's and prepair for an underground assault..

Yeah, when I was thinking of psionics, I was thinking in 2nd Ed rules. I ALWAYS do that.. lol.. I don't care for the new D20 rules, but have the books.. The monster manual is cool though!

I like the new rules, most of them at least, much more use of the characters even though much is for "show" and no real use.
The psionic rules are probably the worst rules in the D&D 3:ed. Cool ideas, cool illustrations, good backgrounds, but absolutel horridily done!

2:nd ed had nice Psionic rules, a bit on the powerful side perhaps but.. well
