The crazy thing is that the henchman doesn't go hostile towards me. When doing this process with a henchmen still in my party, the other henchmen all attack my henchman.
Either way though, they don't recognize any association with me. I'll try going into chapter 2 just to check, but I'd be afraid it might cause problems later on.

This is the infamous "henchman" bug. I thought they'd have fixed this up by now.
Don't worry, when you go into chapter 2 the henchman scripts are reset (because you effectively have new henchmen objects) so it won't be a problem. |

I think I found the answer.
This worked for me. I got the items I needed, put those items exactly where I was at in the game, didn't have to import and export to and from other mods, and didn't end up with hostile henchmen. This was a breeze! 1.) Load the Single Player game you want to add items to. Make sure you don't have a henchman with you. Make a new save(without a henchman) and exit the game. 2.) Go to DM Client and load the SP game under DM client as a MP game! Don't worry about importing/exporting your character, just use the savegame you want to add the items to. 3.) Your character will not be in this game under DM client, so use the default character. Don't import/export anyone, just use the default character. 4.) Now add the items you wanted by putting them on the ground(don't pick them up). 5.) Make a new save(don't overwrite the file you're working with, just in case), but don't save your default DM Client character. The game will save with a blank(white) picture instead of a characters picture. This is what you want. 6.) Exit DM CLient and go back to SP load game. Pick the game you just saved. 7.) Since there is no characterWhen asked who you want to play the game with. Choose your character(the one from the original saved game, not the one from DM client. 8.) Save Again. Now you have the items and your character's pic is on the save game, right? 9.) Ta-da!!!!!!!!!! You're back in business [ 10-12-2002, 12:05 PM: Message edited by: Ronn_Bman ]
