It is coming out soon, so I am told bu the company I buy all my Mac games from. The URL is www.macgames.co.uk and the guy there just sends me the game on the top of the list he has for me, and I pay him a cheque by return.
Sir Goulum, he also tells me he has heard definite rumblings of Throne of Bhaal and Heart of Winter as well for the mac. He phones me every so often to let me know what is in the pipeline. Try the site Cheers Lady Zidane
