Travel up-stream from brimloch roon, land on the enchanted isle, head to the north-west corner of the island, cross a little lagoon (meet a quest character ), then wander south-west until you find it.
This should hold you until someone who can describe it better wakes up and logs on this morning!

Welcome to the board, Suzanna!!!
Leave Brimloch Roon and head to the area north of Skull Castle island but south of the area where you meet Oakenmir - head west on foot when you can and you'll find the Shrine over in that area. Hope you've completed Skull Castle already! Wyv |

Depending on the quests you have undertaken for the various guild you might want to consider letting yourself spoil at the "best tips" page, since the sequence of quests is not that well planned, which means you are very likely to lose the opprtunity of undertaking one certain quest if you enter the shrine without having completed another quest first.

Well you are meant to fight skull castle first.
However the shrine is north through the area that has the leprechaun in it, then west across a very small lake then south through a desert. There is a very powerful creature guarding it. Youll have to be really tough if you want to take him out. |

(and don't you just love how they don't seem to show up even with spirit eye cast?!! - makes for multiple colorful metaphors when you go there at night) |
