I want to say thanks to everyone using this board. It's extremely helpful to all of us new RPG people. 1st - Do I NEED the patch I've been seeing people talk about????
2nd - Can I cancel training or role ascensions? 3rd - This is kind of silly but I really hate stealing from anyone - is this also a necessary part of this game? As you can tell I'm really new to these games Thanks alot everyone |

If your game is running fine without the patch - you can do without it.
You can cancel role ascensions by going back to the guild and clicking on them again. This is useful if you are doing a role ascension just to join another guild. Training does not seem to be reversable once you have made your choice. You can make it through the game without stealing. Hope that answers everything!! Welcome to the board and have lots of FUN! Stealing may run against your "grain", but it's the easiest to acumulate abundant Ankhs, which are your key to high level attributes. You can pickpocket them from certain NPC's and monsters, especially after Brimloch Roon.
