Okay, so what is the best strategy for killing the Naga? I read one a while ago but Mr. Short Term Memory showed up and I cannot remember where I read it.
Also, I seem to be of the kill first and regret later school. Anything I should avoid killing? |

The rat Scanthril, if you want to get an assassin; the Lich Gezzered'Ra, if you want to get a Valkyrie; and the dragon Erathsmador, if you want to get the Mavin. Killing afterwards has no penalties (not that you get the opportunity with the Lich anyway). I would try to do more talking first if they are a protected NPC - saves on finding out what you missed.

Sorry, forgot Xydusa. Most spells won't work well on her - get in close and hack away (although I think meteorstorm did a fair amount of damage). She seems to me to have a cycle of attacking the last person who attacked her (when it is her turn to strike) so make sure if she hasn't attacked for a while that you don't have your lightly armed pixie swing a staff at her (miss with staff, splat if you get my drift). Have your stone to flesh spell ready, and watch for her to stone one or more of your party. If your getting pretty beat up, use the Elixir that you got from Kerielle (sp) it will give you some time to heal and cure all your characters, and select your best character and start swinging again - a few bloodlust spells on your most damaging warriors wouldn't go astray either.

I have a very good strategy for killing the Naga . She will not touch you at all !!!
Watch carefully and when you see she is preparing to attack (swings back her head),just move back ! She will miss you then you go back and continue hitting her.I think this is the best strategy for killing her. |

Ribbit.
Yeah, I read somewhere that you should try to attack while her head is back. If you hit it will spoil her attack and she will just go back to babbling like a two year old (although I don't know many two year olds that use that vocabulary). Flame Strike was a good one to use on her (I did not have meteor at that time). |

This is how I took care of her. She was a easy fight. Although I noticed none of my magic at the time would affect her so I used a different strategy. I buffed up all my 6 chars with toughen HASTE and shielded them. I had all 6 chars just melee her to death and my pal/priest heal/cure when needed. I finished her off right quick.
