the sewer grate says not working when i click on it. is this a bug like shinwikis trap door? at least if you talk to shinwiki long enough he opens it. the mermaid doesnt do that and i have not seen any buttons/levers near.
any suggestions or ideas? thanks.... Barbara |

I'm just doing Collasium as well, I could not get the grate to open for me, I then tried clicking all over the grate and then it opened, there looks like small lip on the grate, or something then it opened. Are you running the patch? I am. I don't know if that will help, Best call on the Great Mystic WYV. |

thanks. i seem to be having a night of hell and problems. i will look for the little lip thing. maybe i should just play tomorrow, tonight seems to be tech difficulties night! Barbara

Talking to the cute mermaid should open the gate (I'm not sure which keyword triggers it though). Make sure to ask about all options (not only the new, blue, ones). But note it won't open if you stand on it.
One other way to open the gate: kill the mermaid; then clicking on the gate will open it. |

thanks all, i found the trigger word. mermaid speaks about the oracle in the library, and when you type in oracle, she does open the grate! I am thrilled because......now i get to continue on! Barbara
rob...i was unable to open it by the lip thing you spoke of. |
