An old thread - but funny - so I'm pushing it back to the top for players who find it difficult to kill Raskallion!

The minimum stats are: 24 dexterity (of the tongue), 24 agility (to slip out of those awkward situations that your tongue gets you into), and the lowest personality you can acquire (increased personality makes your Double Speak skill progressively less effective, until it no longer works at all at 12 or higher).
