Im just wondering, is there the same quests in dragons eye and severed hand as in IWD? im just wondering cuz i havent gotten that far in IWD2. Cuz then the game becomes too easy for experienced IWD players

No, the quests in IWD2 Dragon's Eye have no relation at all to the previous game. They are completely different.
