No I don't. I didn't even know it existed until I found this site.
I am not really that much of a game player. the games I have played in the past have been Doom, Doom 2, Hexen, and Halflife plus a couple of its expansions. My wife was looking for a present for me and the guy at the computer store said that I would probably like IWD. While it is completely different than the FPS games I have played, I am enjoying it. |

I would suggest getting the Expansion as it makes the whole experience much better.

OK, another dumb question then. If I get HoW does it effect the game I am currently playing in IWD or just add more adventures?
(I would sort of like to finish what I am working on before starting over again ) |

It affects the game you are playing only in the sense that the HoW features (expansion, spells, items, and character attributes) are immediately available. You will not have to start over.
If you're running a bard or druid in your current party, they will definitely become bigger contributors with HoW.

HoW is on its way. $4.26 from Ebay (grin).
Wouldn't you just know I don't have a bard or a Druid in my party. I have a cleric and a thief instead. |

Both will still benefit. The cleric will get a few more spells to choose from, and the thief will get Evasion and the option of Sneak Attack & Crippling Strike instead of Backstab.

Enjoy my friend and if you want to make it even better download Trials of the lure master for an extra adventure which in my opinion ROCKS.
