If you want go for 6 fighter group, but have 3 of them multi class

Human Fighter
Human Fighter
Human Fighter
Dwarf Fighter/Cleric
Halfling Fighter/Thief
Elf Fighter/Mage

or any other mix similar to that.

Yeap, heh sometimes my ignorance amuses me, I suggested to stick some clerics in there but I forgot about Multi classes LOL .

Or you could use this party:

Fighter
Fighter
Ranger
Ranger
Fighter/Cleric
Mage/Thief

That's a pretty brute force party. Even the Mage/Thief can use a bow

Muscle power is a piece of dust when compared with magic. Everybody can wield a weapon and kill some one. Anybody can steal something from some one. Anybody can be follower of a god. But not anybody can cast spells. It's an art, an art to use the energy within, universe..

Warboss, About where were you, and about what level of fighters, when you stopped rocking the countryside and started getting rocked?

I have a party of:
.
1 Paladin
4 Fighters (3 human, 1 dwarf)
1 Mage/Thief (Gnome)

I plan on dual classing the 3 human fighters to:
.
1 Cleric
1 Specialist Conjurer
1 Specialist Evoker

(Possible minor spoiler, below)
.
.
.
I had hoped to make it to fighter level 7 before dual classing. I am done with all crypts in the Vale, except Kresselack's. Do you think my fighters can make it to level 7 without "coming up against the wall?"

Opinions from all who have made it to level 7 are welcome.

Regards.

An all fighter type group (even with multi classes) tends to be a monster gang bang measured in how much damage (and how fast) can be done. You may get bored with it or it may be your cup of tea. Taking all six of your "tanks" and have them all attack a single target then click on he next target then the next could a little too diablo-esque type of experience, but you maybe ok with that.
