Ok guys I just bought both games, I got bored with the BG series and this looked pretty cool. But should I install both now or just IWD. I know that in BG1 there was a points cap but if you installed ToSC, it went much higher. Are there any advantages to installing both and if so what are they? Any help our suggestions greatly appreiciated. Thanx guys

Actually, i would recommend getting the freebie HOW expansion Trials of the Loremaster and install all three! That way you get the combined patches which correct a lot of small item errors, and don't have to sweat patching IWD first and then patching HOW. If you want, you always have the option of playing thru IWD just by itself and then trying out either or both HOW and/or TotLM.

I say install both since you have them. It will play through much more naturally, than stopping near the end of IWD to do HoW. Micah is right, definately download Tales of the Luremast for free (HERE), so you'll have it all at your fingertips as soon as you start the game.

Have fun!
