Well I deleted the old installment of WinXP and everything's running smoothly. Now I only need to figure out how to delete all the rogue programs in the Program Files folder (empty folders, programs that are obsolete). Any advice on that?

Erm, after a reinstall... there shouldn't BE any rogue programs.
