I did see a goal from Kluivert, and now my biggest fear is that they'll reinstate his starting position in the national team.

Nistelrooy is only good in Man U where he gets the ball served and then gets a goal in a situation anyone could. Well nearly.

I'm not talking about V. Nistelrooy, his position seems untouchable anyway. I mean Makaay. He has proven over and over again he should be our main targetman, not Patrick Kl(sn)uivert.

I agree Makaay is a class act and isn't as inconsistent as Kluivert as he's the top goal scorer in the Bundesliga (I think).

Roy Makaay is 2nd top scorer with 22 goals. However, do you think he can partner with Ruud? If Ruud position is indeed untouchable, at least you need someone that can support him. an FC/R/L I mean. Kluivert fits this position perfectly. though his form leave me much to be desired.

Kluivert will do fine coming off the bench, perhaps then he feels the urge to actually start working hard.
