I recently discovered that one of my old games can in fact be used as an Audio CD. It has some pretty good music, and I can play it just fine in my CD player, but for some reason none of the Media Programs on my PC will detect any Audio Files. I've tried Mediaplayer, Real and Quicktime. Any suggestions?

Try putting it in your computer, opening the D:\ drive, finding the music folder. Check what format the music is. Maybe the programs aren't set to recognise the format, whatever that is. Try downloading a program to convert the files into a readable format. Either that or just set Mediaplayer to recognise them (if that's possible).

Those will be audio tracks, the data isnt stored as part of the regular filesystem so you cant see them in explorer.
Google for the Audiograbber program, it will let you rip those tracks to hard disc. the demo version randomly disables half the tracks, but with patience you should be able to get them all.
