I have this picture, of a school logo, that I want to change. The logo is in blue, gray and white. I need to change the blue to red(school color chenge).
Is there a way I can select the blue color and transform it to red?

I think you need the magic wand, click the blue color and change the color. I hope the colors are the same (so no small differences). I think you can also do it with masks but I don't know how to do that.

No no no no no no no NO!!!
Philip thats the worst advice you can give... besides telling someone to pour Brakeliquid on their computer... to get rid of Spyware What you should do is select the logo, go to Image adjustment Hue/saturation and on that box click "Colorize" and there you can use the sliders to color the logo without obscuring the details. |

You replace colour.. click on the portion that you wish to change and then select your desired colour. It the rest of the image changes, then just duplicate the layer, and cut
1600% zoom is good for that

It's bad because unless you are really carefull you can end up with very jagged edges and obscure details... and it's a lot more work...
I forgot AoD, you need to select the part of the photo you want to change (the logo) and then colorize... |

I used it to get the NWN, SOU and HOTU logo's to look nice for my website. It cut it out precisely and it looks good now. So depending on the situation it might be good then
