Bungleau, that makes sense about the memory leak. What steps do I need to take to "WRT your virtual memory, check and report the settings"? In other words, how do I go about doing this step by step? Also, I never knew you could tweak Windows 98SE to be able to handle more than 512 RAM. Everything I read said that 98 can't handle anymore and it is a waste to do so. Please explain. I love learning new stuff. Thanks.

It is something wrong with the file tell them to send you a new one and ask them to check the file before they send it to you!
