It has come to my attention (in the form of an order: "Attalus! Put out the flag! It's Flag Day!") that it is Flag Day in the U.S.A. So, if you are a patriotic American and have an American flag, fly it!

Ah yes, Attalus, it is indeed Flag Day. I know Pennsylvania publicly remembers this day.

Yeah, there was an interesting show on the History channel about our Flag.
After watching that, its quiet disturbing that people would question the pledge of allegiance or national athem. But a bit off topic, sorry.

My six-year-old daughter has been anxiously awaiting Flag Day, and came down this morning in a red white and blue dress that had been picked up for Independence Day.
Needless to say, the flag was flying all day, and I've just taken it down until the next occasion.

LOL, Mysti. Even as we speak, Old Glory is flying outside.

And the day we get a flag without another country's 'STAMP' on it. I will fly it and vow to die for it.
*Ihold nothing but respect for Britain, but is it so wrong to want to remove the union emblem from our southern cross?*

I hear ya, Wellard. I have nothing but respect for tradition, but sympathised when the Canucks repalced their boring flag with something new.
