Scanned for malware recently? Blocking Yahoo IM and Google sounds... suspicious.
You might check your firewall logs as well. There may be something listed in there.

I've logged on. Seems a friend of mine is having the same problems. Some websites work (this one, obviously) while some don't (google, altavista, to name a few).
Checking for malware now... [Edit] It's NTL, my provider. Seems a lot of people are having trouble. Shame, they are usually so good as well [/Edit] [ 05-22-2006, 03:37 PM: Message edited by: Ivelliis ]

I've been having a problem with it logging on and off without any prompting, but it seems to have fixed itself recently.

Aah, it's not just me then!
NTL here too - do they have a status page Ivellis? I can't seem to see one on their homepage. |

It's strange. Just certain sites not all, so MSN not working, no Google or AltaVista, but Ironworks and AskJeeves does.
Technology, PAH!

I've had no problems all day, using BT, yet a mate had a problem for a while on BT. So I reckon the MSN problem might just be a problem. However the Google thing must be NTL / your side.

It's odd. I have both MSN and Trillian installed, and when MSN won't connect, Trillian will.
