I cast the spell Limited Wish and wished for a quest, and all I got was a note. What do I do?

but you have to answer the question first before asking another question, like this would not be right--

I like neeber he is funny did you know you can get him as an NPC if you cheat I did it 1ns hes cool.

How come if you use an import from a saved game to create a new game, your alignment is opposite?
