I'm afraid its only for ATI users with R5xx cards...
But that includes me!!!
You can get the beta drivers

Quote:
Up to now, Oblivion has automatically disabled AA once HDR is turned on, even though ATI R5xx hardware is capable of supporting both features simultaneously. Thanks to an ATI developer named Chuck, ATI cards are now capable of supporting this feature. From ATI's Terry Makedon:
We have released a beta driver specifically for the game Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.
It’s called the “Chuck patch” in honor of our guy that found a way of enabling this functionality. Of course the reason why this is so important is Oblivion is one of the best looking games available in the market. Enabling High Dynamic Range and Anti Aliasing effects make this game look even better. Needless to say only ATI can support that configuration. So the Catalyst team is giving a special present to owners of ATI cards, an image quality experience unrivaled by any other.
This proof of concept driver has something for image quality freaks and performance junkies (and even for both at the same time)
This patch provides
1) HDR effects plus AA at the same time. The visual results are stunning. (To enable, ignore the AA settings in the game and enable it via Catalyst Control Center)
2) Crossfire support for the game via AFR mode. Good performance gains for all crossfire owners.

Furthermore:
ATI.com has just launched a cool new contest (sorry to non North-Americans, this one is just for North America). More info at: http://www.ati.com/online/springloaded/index.html
Known issues:
1. SuperAA with CrossFire in HDR mode is not enabled. If you have SupperAA enabled you will get the quality and performance of one card as opposed to two.
2. Rendering issues with grass shadows
3. On an ATI Radeon X1600XT CrossFire configuration, the game may intermittently crash if they set resolution is higher than 1600x1200
4. On an ATI Radeon X1900 series card, the game may crash while task-switching between the desktop and game (alt-tab).
ATI Engineering is currently investigating these issues. Updates will be posted as they become available.
