i have progressed through the fighters guild and have completed all quests, except one. I have been commissioned to kill Gentleman Jim Stacey at Simine Fralinie's book store in vivic. I have searched all cantons in vivic and cannot find this book store!! a little help please.

He's down in the canalworks in the back of the bookseller's shop. If you don't want to kill him you can just taunt the questgiver (Sjoring Hardheart or whatever his name was) into a fight and kill him. You'll become the guildmaster. The orc that stands nearby that you were getting quests from earlier will later challenge you to a fight since he felt that he was next in line....
