alright i finnaly found my way through the elevator maze to a lever and a keyhole... now all i need is a key none of the keys i have works... is there a special one i need and could someone please tell me where i should concentrate on looking for it?

You will get it from the Serpent Master. You'll find him when you fall down a slide on one of the top levels of the elevator maze. Save before you talk to him though. If you answer his questions right, he'll give it to you.
