When you say that you cannot summon another, is it because you do not get another chance to cast the spell?? I am not playing a wizard, so I don't know what is involved, but have you tried justifying yourself to do the cheat command to make another "summon familiar" scroll?

Can anyone help me...
in chapter 1 i summoned a familiar, but it dissapeared and now I cannot summon another, says that i allready have a familiar.. but i dont??? |

If you haven't left chapter one yet then it's most likely location is near one of the portals. For some odd reason mine disapeared there to for a while. Cheers

It was in my pocket/backpack but it dissapered suddently... no quest items recived either

Familiars aren't that great mine always died so kept him in my pocket anbd he never came out i just used him for the extra hitpoints
