I've been carrying around this head for a while now.Does anyone know what I'm supposed to do with it? Did I miss something? Taking up valueable space. Thanks

You need to use sacrifice the giant troll head on the altar in the place you picked it up.
If you didn't before leaving, might as well throw it out now. |
