Okay, I'm in Trynton, have entered the Pagoda area, talked to the shaman at the 7th bough.

In the middle of the pagoda there are 4 coal brasiers. When I click on them, they say an object is needed.

What do I put on them? Some kind of powder or something?

Go ahead, spoil me, I don't mind!

Oh, and there is supposedly a riddle/fountain outside the Sanctuary, but I can't find it. Can someone confirm this?

Thanks,
judee

The brasiers require incense (spelling doesn't look right...hmmmm). I believe Fuzzfas sometimes sells it in his potion palace I have heard that putting the incense there will keep any further critters from bothering you in the pagoda, though I must admit I haven't really tried it to see.

There *IS* a fountain in that general area--it requires climbing a ladder that leads to nowhere but the fountain. The first time I climbed the ladder I thought there was nothing there at all because it seemed hard to see the darned fountain. I wish I could tell you EXACTLY where that ladder is, but I don't recall and I can't access the game right now.

Haven't tried a gadgeteer, so can't help with that at all.

Hope I helped a bit anyway...good luck!

You can get a really nifty gadget by buying stuff from Crock. I cannot remember right now what two items but it created a forcefield generator that casts Aromrplate. Saved me a spell slot.

The riddle fountain in Trynton is at a four way branch. One direction leads to Fuzzfas's potion place.

There's another fountain right after you enter the upper Trynton area. One time, this fountain cured my characters, the next time, it hexed anyone who drank from it. You have to climb a ladder right after entering upper Trynton to get to this fountain, and the fountain is the only thing up there.
