Nope. Only blacksmiths in Chapter 1 and 3.

In chapter 1, he is in the Shining Knight Arms and Armor, found in the City Core. You have to ask the half-orc merchant for "special" weapons. In Chapter 3, there is a smith in the Trading Post, at Beorunna's Well. [img]graemlins/blueblink.gif[/img]
