Is anyone else having trouble having their henchman (or -woman) following them? Sharwyn is staying by the entrance and not following or fighting.

They get stuck sometimes. Try going to a different map and coming back, she should appear right next to you.

Yeah, she always appears next to me at the entrance to a new screen, then stays next to the entrance of that one, etc. I tried switching to Tomi and Leni, and they do fine, but Sharwyn is stubborn. I restarted Chapter 1, and she does fine, there. Darn it! I guess I'll just re-do Chapter 1.

Are you sure you did not give her a "Stand your ground" command ?
Btw am I the only one playing without henchman ? (Just like Arcanum and Fallout 2, life is much easier without them imo) |

No, I have never given such a command in my puff. But, the command, "Follow." worked like a charm. Thanks, everyone.

I finally gave up on my henchman. Tomi got one hit killed a few times, so I had enough of trying to protect him. Enemies that can't scratch me will charge past me and beat him down. Seems kind of stupid.

You don't have to protect him, let him act as a decoy and when he is dead, pick him up next time you return to the temple, altho I must say at level 13 he doesnt die very often and kills his share of baddies, and disables nearly every trap. |
