What is the level cap for the normal mode? And is there a cap remover for IWD2?

Level cap is level 30, no mather what mod, and there is no cap remover.

Keep in mind that with normal play and a full team of six, you won't get anywhere near level 30. You generally have to continue on to HOF mode to max out the party.

On normal mode, with no ECL penalty characters and a party of 6 you should probably be around 17th level (if you do all of the quests) when you finish the game.
