I've been to High Hedge. Unfortunately Thalantyr doesn't stock Fireballs

well I'm not sure but I think there's a mage in the Firewine Ruins who carries one. Also Halbrazzer Drin (sp?) at the Sorceress Sundries will have one probably.

I can confirm this, you'll definitely find fireball scrolls in these two places.

You may also find one at the Bandit Camp - good hunting.

Cleaned out the bandit camp, found the fireball scroll, now safely scribed into Dynaheir's spellbook.
