TOB Fixpack?

Well I finally broke down and bought Throne of bhaal after beating soa several times and was working on my 3rd solo character...SO I just downloaded the official patch and now I need the baldurdash fixpack but the linkage is down. Can anyone toss me a hand in this?

What does this Fixpack do and how legitimate is it? The page above doesn't have any real information about it, the zip file has no README or similar file, and when i start to install it, it offers no information.

Please, someone enlighten me or point me to a real information page for it. I would like to know before I go ahead and click the "yes install this thing" button.
