Now, normally I don't use turning undead much - I prefer just to physically pound undead into submission. But with Tactics, I'm finding it's a pretty good tactic to keep them off my back. I do have two quick questions though:

1) When two Clerics use Turn Undead, do their levels stack? Is having two level 10 clerics Turning the equivalent of one level 20 cleric?

2) What is the effect when a good (or neutral, I guess) cleric and an evil cleric turn at the same time? I have Viconia and Aerie right now, and the effect seems to always be repulse, while sometimes I would rather it be control - is there any way to affect this?

I don't think they stack.

1) they don't stack... each is calculated separately...

2) at lower levels, both reperl. At higher levels good/neutral destroy, evil control. If you want to control, make sure only Vic does it otherwise Aerie will destroy the ones she controlled. btw, I find destroy much better than control, much less headache and hassle... might be different in tactics though...

Well, one of the things I like to do is send charmed creatures into the line of fire to absorb high level spells, time stops, etc. So really, there is no point in having them both do it at once?

More or less. To solve the problem, just have Viconia turn/control the undead. Aerie can just cast spells, or whatever it is she does.

Part of the Throne of Bhaal expansion is that evil clerics also gain the ability to "turn" paladins. It's not something people generally think about.

Wouldn't it be funny to get Viconia to level 25 before doing the Unseeing Eye quest? Keldorn 'splodes, you get a zombie companion.

I... never knew that. That seems quite helpful.

Can they chunk paladins too?

I can only assume so.

I don't know how helpful it is... After all, how many paladins do you fight?... But someday I'd like to march into the Hall of the Radiant Heart and raise hell, just for fun.
