hello all, I am Re-Playing BG II as I never got to finish it. My Computer had issues. I used to be a member of this board a few years back ( Olaf Tryggryson ) anyway my question is this. Does having Imoen in your party give you any benefit as to completeing the game overall? In other words will I be penalized if I get rid of her? I have always kept her in the past but wanted to do something different...Spoilers are ok

There will be no penalties whatsoever. You might miss an extra dialogue here or there. But then all NPCs have extra dialogues and special tiny quests.

lol the only thing that detriments your party when you get rid off her is that ( like usual) she whines.
