You could try gamefaqs.com. IIRC, someone posted a list of all the item codes, so if nothing else, you could CLUA the items in one at a time. I suppose that'd be incredibly slow, though.

search in gamespot.com and look for baldurs gate 2 in the cheat section, there is a document that list all the items in the game and i mean armor, weapons, miscellenous.. you name it.
