This might be kinda mean, but that man killed over 2000 people on 9/11, and a friend of mine had THREE co-workers die in the attacks. I say bury his body in the foundation of WTC 2. (WTC 1 is already at the 64th floor so you can't do that on WTC1).
It would be.... poetic justice in a way. I know.. sounds mean...
