I'm not sure, depends on the sobriety factor. Kind of like right now I'm wearing my underwear outside of my pants. A mix up in the bathroom. Glad I'm at home, sucks when it happens in public

Not even sucking under special cirCUMstances? Are there no waivers available? I mean if I were in England and saw some nice trollop wandering by I'd be sure to ask! So the pant/underwear question becomes fairly relevant.

Dogs pant as a way to release heat and yet they wear no pants. Their tails wave and they are able to wave and pant at the same time. The conclusion is obvious. You are not a dog but you do suck.
