I find it's interesting that the Petrelli's powers are so similar. Papa can take someone's power via touch, Peter does it via proximity, and Sylar via brain scan (maybe he could avoid the killing if he learned how to read MRI's instead). Nathan's flight is unrelated, but it came from a bottle, not birth.

And now Papa Petrelli has all 3 options for gaining new powers (since he stole Peter's, and Peter also had Sylar's). Will he be like Peter, and start opening heads? After all, Peter tried it on his mom--someone whose power he already had copied.

yup, seems that way.

I like how they're developing Matt's character. And I do like Ando and Hiro, even though many seem to disagree.

Again, I do find there are a few too many heroes right now and I find things are thinning out.
