Just find parents who're computer engineers or computer scientists, or even just programmers I bet they can outsmart their kids

But yeah this whole thing is a pile of steaming dog's bollocks based on the information given here. How the hell you gonna blame a game designer for something when YOU bought the child the computer, YOU gave them money to buy the game, and YOU let them play it all the time. Plus how can ya blame a game for something a stupid dumbass 0.1% do when the other 99.9% are fine. Not exactly a good statistical basis for blaming the game

This blame game is hitting close to home in my household, since I'm at a similar age to people who die/shoot someone/commit suicide over games. I need to persuade my parents that (insert game title that I want to buy here) can't cause me to be a radical homocidal maniac.

In short, what kind of idiot tries to imitate an imposible stunt from a video game?
Are you not the same 'Marty4' that did the nose dive off the garage roof with a skateboard, whilst attempting to star in the NEXT "jackass" movie? I saw the video on that 'wimp.com' site, there is another one, but the content is not GD forum friendly.

Come now, for every thought of "how stoopid can one be" there is a new video posted on the net.

Just think, back before these things, we actually DID ride bikes, skate boards, shoot real guns, and gulp, play "yard darts"!

Must be a by-product of todays youth!

Today's youth suck ass *is proud to be just on the correct side of the borderline between today's and yesterday's youth - we actually still played outside, spent whole afternoons playing an on-going football match, fell off school roofs and built tree-houses as opposed to playing on computers all day*

Jumping to his death while trying to re-enact a scene from the game tells us very little. Jumping isn't something you see people doing to complete quests and such...it's odd to me.

I agree though, the lawsuit will not be entertained. There have been a few like this beforehand that got nowhere.

GTA:LCS comes out in Australia in a few days, you *might* be able to sue Rockstar games, but I dare say they will be busy with plenty of other parents in the same boat
