Plus how can ya blame a game for something a stupid dumbass 0.1% do when the other 99.9% are fine. Not exactly a good statistical basis for blaming the game

Just think, back before these things, we actually DID ride bikes, skate boards, shoot real guns, and gulp, play "yard darts"!

Today's youth suck ass *is proud to be just on the correct side of the borderline between today's and yesterday's youth - we actually still played outside, spent whole afternoons playing an on-going football match, fell off school roofs and built tree-houses as opposed to playing on computers all day*

Jumping to his death while trying to re-enact a scene from the game tells us very little. Jumping isn't something you see people doing to complete quests and such...it's odd to me.

I agree though, the lawsuit will not be entertained. There have been a few like this beforehand that got nowhere.
