I see 2 ways: if both have Internet, email the .sgm file to yourself as an attachment. On second computer, download to directory (see above for correct dir). Or, if both have floppy drives, copy file using Explorer to a floppy and download into appropriate directory on 2nd computer. I don't burn CDs but you could do this with writables as well.

Sorry, can't help you with copying folders. I still have a DOS sensibility (such as xcopy *.* d:\ etc.). In Windows I can copy one folder to another by opening up two windows of Explorer, highlighting all files by holding shift key and using arrow or mouse to get all files, then right click to move...anyone who knows Windows also knows I'm not good at this so don't try this method. I tend to get it wrong first try.

In AOL, later versions let you attach multiple files to an Email. I use the old AOL 5.0 which doesn't allow this (I occasionally use 7.0 and 9.0, but I hate them). Maybe your ISP email will let you attach multiple files. That maybe the easiest unless someone here has a better way... Z.

If you install using the default directories:

Put the Wiz 7 games in this folder...

C:\Program Files\SirTech\Wizardry 8\Saves\Import

Let us know if this works...this is the final destination, but you may need help in getting the files there.

Windows usually has a little button on the bottome left, calls itself "start"; there you can get "my computer", where you can find "c" drive, where you can find "program files" where you should find "Sirtech" where you should find "Wizardry 8" where you can find "saves" where you can find "import".

Same series should lead you to WizGold. Drag your saves from WizGold into Import.
