Actually, the mod itself comes up with an explanation for that fact that allows things to go forward.

Other than the fact that all of the Bhaalspawn might not be genetically related? Remember, each of the Bhaalspawn are of their mother's race. The only thing they really got from Bhaal was the taint. If you have not played through ToB yet, I won't spoil you, but let's just say that there are Bhaalspawn that aren't humanoid running around out there. That means Bhaal had to change shapes to be able to impregnate all of these female creatures of various sorts. In that case, how can one whose mother was a dwarf (for example) be genetically similar to one who is a human? The answer is the aren't. One is all dwarf, and one is all human. That means Bhaal had to genetically be a dwarf when impregnating the dwarf, and had to be genetically human when impregnating the human. Thus, no genetic relationship present. Even if both Bhaalspawn were human doesn't mean Bhaal was in the same human shape in each case. Thus, it is quite possible that you and Imoen are not related (unless of course he did have the same human shape with both women, in which case you are related, and that would be a bad thing).
