I've done a beastmaster before (and on insane with all the improved difficulty bosses

). It was entirely possible. Through SoA, once you get the Staff of Rhynn+4 and the Shadow Dragon scale (since they can't wear matal armour either - that's not in the description!) life becomes very easy. Through ToB, the Staff of the Ram+6 and the white dragon scale make you unstoppable. This no longer becomes challenging.

Taking Azrael's suggestion further.....if you want a challenge:

Solo a kensai with minimum stats (9,3,3,3,3,3) on insane difficulty with all the improved bosses and mods (tactics/weimers improved Jon's dungeon/ascension/improved ToB bosses!!!). I would say this was impossible, so prove me wrong and do it (if you can get out of Jons dungeon, life will get much easier

). No armour, an AC of 11, a weedy amount of HP and monsters doing double damage = one dead kensai.....go on you know you want to
