No, I didn't do anything to make her mad, she was still in my party when she told me I couldn't get the stronghold. Boo hoo, defeated by a bug! It's okay, the thief stronghold makes more money at the moment!

Not sure about with ToB installed, but I've found that I always have a significant surplus of cash by the end of the Irenicus conflict. So, I've never been too concerned with the idea of which missions yield the greatest gold.

True, though sometimes having enough cash to buy scrolls, potions and certain weapons makes things easier. I know though I usually end up with a surplus of potions and scrolls, even though i still enjoy hoarding them.
