well just for info on wrist pain and such, if they get tight when typing or go numb in your sleep (which is very painful!) no matter how old you are it could be carpal tunnel syndrome. it is important for those of us on comps all day to look for it and be sure it's not effecting us. i was diagnosed at 20 with it and i had symptoms as early as 17, so please don't tell me you have ot be old to have it. a gel support for the keyboard helps or even one of those funky keyboards where the letters are split down the middle, i forget what it's called but i hate them. so anyway that is what i have to say
