If you're like me you'll go to high school and forget about everyone you met at middle school. It won't really matter unless you live in a small town.

Anyhoo, I'd just go out with the one you like more, and not listen to what my friend is trying to get me to do, it's your life isn't it? Hope you got/get it figured out!

You'll just have to make up your mind whom you like, SecretMaster. And once you have made up your mind, explain your choice as nicely as you can to the other one, and tell her that she and you can still be normal friends.

But before you make up your mind, give yourself some time to know both of them, as well as yourself. Say a couple years. Don't commit yourself yet. Truly knowing a person inside out takes a long time. There's no short cut. And before you choose to commit yourself full-heartedly to a girl, you jolly well know her inside out.

Go out with the one that already likes you. If you like her too theres no danger of getting shot down and having your heart broken. Not until later at least.
